 Who wants to be an educator?

 

Do you want to be an educator? There is no way you can be certain about your answer unless we agree upon what education means, right! Meet your classmates and teachers, and tell the world what EDUCATION means to YOU!!!

 

An eductor should follow the learners individual and group performance.

An educator should also help learners to develop to their full potencial, make the learners feel and think

I want to be an educator

 

In this first thematic unit of our course, we study how education has been defined at different times in history and by different societies (including Argentina today), ponder the implications this has for the roles of teachers and learners, look at different teaching models... and end up by deciding what kind of teacher you want to be!

I want to be an educator! but in order to become one of them I should not only care for the subject matter but to care for providing values and to be interested in Learner´s emotions and interests!The WHOLE person is what matters!!!!

No teacher can forget that there were a few teachers and new models that made a difference... and we need to prepare ourselves to make it too.HUGS
